Elite Business Coaching began in 2010 when Rajiv Sharma, after a successful 20-year career leading multinational corporations across Asia, recognized a critical gap in the Indian business landscape: while India was producing brilliant technical professionals and entrepreneurs with innovative ideas, many struggled with scaling their businesses due to gaps in strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Starting with just three clients in a small office in Mumbai's Bandra district, Rajiv's results-focused approach quickly gained attention. Within two years, Elite had expanded to a team of five coaches serving over 30 businesses across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.

A pivotal moment came in 2014 when Elite successfully guided Innova Technologies, a struggling IT services firm, through a comprehensive transformation that tripled their revenue within 18 months. This case study attracted attention from both the business and academic communities, leading to partnerships with prestigious institutions like the Indian Institute of Management.
